PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As Whole Foods Market began to double and triple in number of stores, I responded by organizing and streamlining the opening process. As Regional Sign Support, I represented the regional marketing team onsite. During 20 store openings, I

  • hired and coordinated training for the store artist(s)

  • created the store artist/consultant labor schedule and ordered all opening supplies according to store budget

  • did all onsite project management for signage

  • partnered with purchasing team to create all department messaging 

  • worked cross-functionally with the construction and decor team to respond to dynamic timelines

  • vetted and closely monitored external contractors 

  • acted as liaison between executive team and onsite staff
