A bias toward humanity

When I was a Designer, I wanted to tell a simple, concise story with clean and clear visuals. (I still do, as a designer of research decks!) As an Artist, I want to document the beauty in the natural world around me, even when it seems ugly (like a drought).

What motivates me as a Researcher (and as a human) is getting into the sticky mess of a problem—the places people tend to shy away from. And then I use my design and marketing skills to tell that story to stakeholders cohesively.

In a capitalist world that tries to treat humans like robots, I aim to do the opposite, down to having a “moment of humanity” at the beginning of each meeting.

Become my bestie by talking to me about food, adventure, your dog, your deepest hopes and fears, Taylor Swift, astrology, tarot, fountain pens, and journaling.
